Just a heads up, we're unable to accept returns on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made-to-order Products because each piece is made to order. Once the products go into production, there will be NO cancellations.

What is Aporro’s warranty policy?
Aporro is always committed to creating and providing the best quality jewelry. If there is any manufacturing defect within the 365-day warranty of your purchase of gold plated/vermail jewelry, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece. A shipping and handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all warranty replacements.
*For custom jewelry in gold plated/vermail, we can arrange a one-time repair service.
*This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e.: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.).
*Aporro guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items.

How long does the shipping and processing take?
Once your payment is verified, processing and shipping may take up to 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, shipments within the U.S. typically take 2-4 business days, while international shipments take 4-14 business days. For custom orders, the production time is 2-3 weeks, and shipping typically takes 5-14 days.

How do I know which size/length chain is best for me?
Aporro offers a variety of chain lengths ranging from 14'' to 26''. For a standard fit, 16-18 inch chains are ideal for women, while 20-22 inch chains are popular for men.
