Aporro online return portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.aporro.eu.


KINDLY PAY ATTENTION TO:

There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.
Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

 


30-DAY RETURN CONDITIONS:

* Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
* ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted if the package is received beyond 14 days but within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
* The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify to be returned and probably be discarded even you return it.
* Aporro will not take responsibility for lost or damaged returned packages.
* If your package is lost in transit, Aporro will only accept exchanges or reshipments and will not accept refunds.
* Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. To obtain an Authorization Form and the return shipping label, please contact customer support via E-Mail at info_eu@aporro.com, WhatsApp / iMessage: +43 688 64408095.
* Exchange for a different length or item, the amount of the goods will be recalculated.
* Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
* Each order only allows return once.
* Although some areas enjoy free postage, we actually bear the freight for each order (€4.5-€17), so once the refund is made, the freight will not be refunded.
* Do not allow to return once we ship out the items until it arrive at the destination.


Aporro will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or reshipping costs except the following circumstances.

* Customer received the wrong item.(customers need to contact us within 30 days of receiving their order, or we will default customers to accept the wrong product.)
* The item is broken, defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)


365 - DAY WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

1) Aporro offers 365 day warranty service.
2) The used jewelry(excludes custom items / solid gold items/ final items) has any problem within 14 days of the delivered date, Aporro offers partial refund (shipping won't refund) or resends the jewelry, customers pay for resend and return shipping fee. The used custom/ solid gold jewelry has any problem within 14 days of the delivered date, Aporro offers one-time repairment(Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.), customers pay for resend and return shipping fee.
3) The used jewelry has any quality problems beyond 14 days, Aporro offers a return and repair service but there will be a shipping fee of €50 charged for the repair process/10% - 20% refund of the jewelry price/ the same amount coupon/a free gift for your next order depending on the order amount.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

*Return /exchange should be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
*Items should be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
*Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have original label and packing.
*You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
*Final Sale items, free items can’t be return for credit.
*Made to order items can’t be canceled or returned.
*Aporro is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

*The picture of the item(s) you want to return ( item with yellow paper bag, Aporro gift box with black plastic bag)
*Your request: return for exchange or refund


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?

1. Take some detailed pictures or videos of the products; send the content to Aporro service team(email: info_eu@aporro.com; IG: @aporro_europe; IM/WA: +43 688 64408095) and inform the team of the reasons that you need a return or exchange.
2. Get the shipping address which is unique for each order from Aporro team after they confirm the products are brand new and resellable.
3. Pack the products in their original packaging with the packing slip and return the package within 2 business days. You can keep the black jewelry gift box set if you are going to do an exchange. There will be no new set sent with the new shipment. If you just request a return and refund, please return everything you got.
4. The refund or exchange will be arranged after the package is delivered successfully back to our warehouse. (Please contact us again after the package is delivered if you want to get the refund or exchange as soon as possible. )

5. Please send us the tracking number once you send back (We will track the shipment to avoid package loss).
6. Please allow 1-3 weeks for us to process your return once it is received by our distribution center.
7. Refunds will take about 2-10 business days to arrive your acount.
