Aporro online return portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.aporro.eu.
Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
*Return /exchange should be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
*Items should be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
*Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have original label and packing.
*You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
*Final Sale items, free items can’t be return for credit.
*Made to order items can’t be canceled or returned.
*Aporro is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
*Although some packages enjoy free postage, we actually bear the freight for each order (€4.5-€17), so once the refund is made, the freight will not be refunded.
* Do not allow to return once we ship out the items until it arrive at the destination.

Refunds will take about 2-10 business days to arrive your acount.
