There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

I ordered a cubin link bracelet, and I am more than happy with my order. It took quite a while to get my order, due to an international shipping, but the support was generous, and offered inside EU shipping (for another colour bracelet), which would take much less time. It took around 22 days to get my order, and the waiting was worth. I received a very well packed bracelet with a nice box, and small bag to store it. As for the support - it may take some time for them to respond over WhatsApp, but they will try everything to meet your demands. Hands down, it was my best order for this year.
