If there is any manufacturing defect within the 365-day warranty of your purchase of gold plated/vermail jewelry, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece. A shipping and handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all warranty replacements.

After processing, shipments within the U.S. typically take 2-4 business days, while international shipments take 4-14 business days. For custom orders, the production time is 2-3 weeks, and shipping typically takes 5-14 days.
