DESCRIPTION

The Cuban chain of the APORRO X collection is officially launched, which promotes the love of life, the pursuit of freedom, and the spirit of living toward death. The whole chain has been distressed to make the whole necklace more textured, and four skull buckles are added to the chain. The eyes of the skull buckle are handcraft blue stones, and the expression is hideous and trembling. The buckle part uses Aporro's iconic fully iced-out clasp, with a total of 312 ice inside and outside the buckle, and also with a 3D skull representing the X collection.

How much is shipping/taxes?

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

The shipping fee varies from other different countries（Orders over €199 from other countries enjoy shipping free). Please check more details at SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.
