The 14-piece Infinity collection by Aporro is a nod to a symbol standing the test of time. The series of jewelry is accented with an ouroboros serpent that was molded into an infinity link and harmonized into the 18k & silver wearable art.

● The two-tone ring body, which integrates black ceramic and jewelry metal material is connected in infinity shape, and the metal part is inlaid with 3 large, 2 small, and 5 stones.

● The barbell is made of 925 sterling silver, which is easy for daily maintenance, and 925 silver is antibacterial and will not cause allergy.

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.
