Aporro E-GIFT CARD supports gifting it to the one you love so they can purchase what they want on Aporro.  It is a perfect idea if you do not know how to choose an appropriate gift.

Gift cards are delivered by email within 24 hours and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. They are valid for 12 months from the date of ordering.

  • Our gift cards are delivered by email within 24 hours (unless a specific date is selected).
  • If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, please ensure their email address is correct as there is nothing we can do if it is emailed to someone else who uses it. Please double check before you buy.
  • Aporro reserves the right to cancel any gift cards in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
Exchanges & Returns

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.

Just a heads up, we're unable to accept returns on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made-to-order Products because each piece is made to order. Once the products go into production, there will be NO cancellations.

* Earrings and Grillz cannot be accepted to be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How much is shipping/taxes?

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

The shipping fee varies from other different countries（Orders over €199 from other countries enjoy shipping free). Please check more details at SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my package returned?

The package may be returned for the following reasons:

Wrong or incomplete address

Invalid phone number

Unable to deliver

Why was my payment declined?

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.
