DESCRIPTION

Aporro customized grillz shines like no other! We apply premium cubic zirconia stones and moissanite on the personalized grillz. Three gold-plated colors(yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold) enable you to pick the color you favor. You will blind everyone when you smile with Aporro customized grillz!

Steps to start the production:
1. Appoint a local dentist to get a 3D scanning file of your teeth/ teeth mold.
2. Place the order and email us (sales@aporro.com) the 3D scanning file/ contact us to get the address to send your teeth mold.
3. Confirm the preview of the grillz and start the production!

Exchanges & Returns
NO returns or exchanges conditions
There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my package returned?

The package may be returned for the following reasons:

Why was my payment declined?

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

APORRO ROCKS! i've bought a chain as a gift but i didn't take a look about the shipping time (my bad). After a few days i decided to write them on whatsapp and they wrote me back in a few minutes explaning clearly and really helping me. My cousin loved and appreciated the necklace. I ordered a tennis chain from aporro about 1 month ago and I can’t lie I was really chocked about the quality on their products. The only problem I had was that I ordered Gold instead of white gold but the customer service is amazing and I’m about to get an exchange. I really appreciate the aporro team and hopefully we can work together one day. Waiting for my bracelet now!!!!!
