How much is shipping/taxes?

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

The shipping fee varies from other different countries（Orders over €199 from other countries enjoy shipping free). Please check more details at SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my package returned?

The package may be returned for the following reasons:

Why was my payment declined?

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

    Open the Aporro Finger Measuring PDF, ensuring it's scaled to 100% before printing.

    Use a standard credit card (3.37 inches / 85.6 mm wide) to check the printed paper's accuracy by placing it at the indicated spot on the Aporro Finger Measuring sheet. If it fits perfectly between the two arrows, the printed size is correct.
    Step 3: Cut Out the Measuring Tool
    Cut out the measuring tool from the printed Aporro Finger Measuring.
    Step 4: Cut Along the Dotted Line
    Cut the dotted line at one end of the measuring tool, allowing the other end to pass through it (make sure not to cut it off completely, and could fold the paper first for eay).
    Step 5: Thread the Pointed End Through the Slot
    Insert the pointed end of the measuring tool through the slot you just cut, forming a loop. Ensure the side with numbers is facing out for reading.
    Step 6: Measure Your Finger Circumference and Determine Ring Size Number
    Wrap the paper loop around the base of your finger, pulling the pointed end tight so the loop snugly fits your skin. Adjust the tightness to ensure it can move past the knuckle. Read the ring size number at the slot.
