We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.
Just a heads up, we're unable to accept returns on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made-to-order Products because each piece is made to order. Once the products go into production, there will be NO cancellations.

In-stock orders usually require 1–2 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 4–8 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

What are the return and warranty policies for bracelet sets?
Eligible purchases made directly through Aporro are covered by Aporro’s 365-day guarantee. Returns or exchanges are accepted for eligible items in unworn, brand-new condition within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order items may be subject to different return conditions.
For bracelet sets, if only part of the set is returned, the original set discount will no longer apply. Any item(s) kept will be recalculated at their individual selling price, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
