Born in the late 80s and early 90s, the rope chain is to pay tribute to hip hop. A rope chain is a metal chain necklace consisting of several small links which pattern the shape of a rope. The style is popular throughout the world and is frequently worn by men matched with different pendants.

16" and 18" is a common choker style, but note that please select the right size for yourself. If you're unsure about the size, please contact customer service to select the right one.

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my package returned?

Why was my payment declined?

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.
