There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

How much is shipping/taxes?

We offer free DHL priority mail shipping for all orders within Germany.

The shipping fee varies from other different countries(Orders over €199 from other countries enjoy shipping free). Please check more details at SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my package returned?

The package may be returned for the following reasons:

Wrong or incomplete address

Invalid phone number

Unable to deliver

Why was my payment declined?

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to info_eu@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

Good Job I ordered a couple times and it arrived in 2/3 days. The package surroundings and the chains came in high quality. The price quality is it worth. I texted the support and they replied fast and friendly, so I’m very satisfied with Aporro.

I bought earrings from aporro some time ago and I wear them almost every day, except for the days when I give my ear a rest. They look nice and shine under the sun, They are durable, and most importantly do not sensitize. I think it was one of my better purchases and I will definitely order something more :))

I bought a pendant around May 2021. Delivery, service, treatment,all unbeatable. At the beggining of 2022, i decided to buy a chain but it was outstock, so i bought other chain and bracelet, but as the previous chain was spectacular i asked by dm about it. Aporro contacted me and solved the problem, with a personalized purchase and delivery, helping me with the procees and payment, and solving all my questions.
