- Reemplazo gratuito por única vez por defectos de fabricación
Si su producto llega dañado o tiene algún defecto de fabricación antes de cualquier uso, nuestra garantía le da derecho a un reemplazo gratuito único del mismo diseño, sin cargo adicional. (Se requiere un desempaquetado claro o un video de daños como prueba; el artículo original debe devolverse a nosotros; el reemplazo será solo una reproducción del mismo artículo) - Reparación gratuita única de por vida para productos personalizados
Todos los artículos hechos a medida son elegibles para una reparación gratuita, válida de por vida.
Si su producto se daña con el tiempo debido al uso o si desea reacondicionarlo o restaurarlo, tiene derecho a un servicio de reparación gratuito por única vez (se requiere una tarifa de $50 para cubrir los gastos de envío y aduanas).

Ofrecemos envío internacional GRATUITO de 3 a 5 días. Todos los pedidos se envían asegurados, directamente a su domicilio. Debe firmar al recibir el pedido.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Aporro is doing our best to offer the best service and product, but sorry usually returns on custom products is not accepted because each piece is made to order. Once the products go into production, there will be no cancellations.
Exception:Order cancellation is accepted if design job not started yet, but once design work started or it's completed, it will be not accepted.If you choose to cancel your order during the production:
*There is a non-refundable $100-$500 payment (depends on wether your design is simple or complicated) as a design fee when 2D or 3D design is completed.*If the mold has already been created – Deposit and 40% of the remaining payment you already paid will be deducted.*If the diamonds/stones have been set and the piece is in the next production phase – Deposit and 70% of the remaining balance you already paid will be deducted.
*If the product is already completed – No refunds will be accepted.
2. If there are some problems after you receive the products:
*Product missing:
Please contact us if one of your products is not shipped, and we will reship it immediately. But the free product we sent are usually not returned or exchanged.*Design Deviation:
Each representatives in Aporro will strictly confirm the design with the customers before production. And production job will be started after design is confirmed by the customers.The final product will only refer to the design made from us and confirmed by the customer. The picture sent by the customer during the inquiry stage or production stage will be just as reference, not representing the official design.But if the final product significantly differs from design confirmed before production, and the discrepancy can be proven with design documentation, the product can be returned back and we can redesign it and remake it. 40% of the total price can be refunded if the customer chooses not to proceed with a remake.
*Quality Issue Upon Arrival:
If the product shows major non-human-related quality issues (e.g., plating peeling off, stones or diamonds falling off in large areas without physical damage or misuse) within 3 business days of receipt, we can remake a new one or a full refund can be requested if the customer chooses not to proceed with a remake.
The product must be returned to us, and upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
Attention: Solid gold, lab diamond and natural diamonds products excepted, please contact us for specific rules. We will discuss with you according to the actual price and condition.
lmportant Notice:
Quality issues that arise after a period of use are not eligible for a refund, but we do offer one-time free repair service for such cases.
3.Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
*Damage Caused by Shipping Carrier:
If the product was confirmed to be intact before shipping and damage occurs during delivery due to mishandling or violent transportation by the carrier ,the issue is not deemed the responsibility of the seller.
While a refund will not be issued, we are willing to work with the customer to file a shipping claim and recreate the piece as a form of compensation, with costs shared as appropriate.
*Missed or Mishandled Delivery by Courier or Customer:
If the package is delivered to the address provided by the customer, but the customer fails to receive it in person, or if the courier does not knock, call, or send notification, resulting in the package going missing, this is not considered the fault of the seller.
In this case, refunds will not be provided. However, we are open to a shared-cost solution, where the customer, the brand, and the shipping provider each take part in covering the cost to remake the piece.
