How We Create Your Grillz

From your initial order to the final delivery, here is our complete production process

01 Receive & Create Your Mold

After payment is completed, we will arrange to ship the dental mold kit within 48 hours. Our dedicated jewelry consultant will contact you within 24 hours to assist you with the process.
Once you receive the mold kit, please follow our tutorial carefully to take your dental impression correctly. After completing the impression, kindly send us clear photos for confirmation.
Only after our team confirms that your mold is accurate should you send it back for production. Once approved, our customer service team will contact you directly with the return address for sending back your dental mold.

02 Production Details Confirmation

Once we receive your mold kit, the consultant will notify you that it has arrived and that production is ready to begin. We will also provide all order details for confirmation, including the material, number of teeth, style, and Screenshots of website order details. After you confirm that everything is correct, production will officially begin.

03 Handcrafted Production & Final Product Completion

Once all details are confirmed, the grillz will officially enter production. This process includes mold casting, polishing, stone setting, detail finishing, electroplating, fitting adjustments using the customer’s mold, quality inspection, and final finishing. After all procedures are completed and pass inspection, the finished product will be sent to the customer for final confirmation.

04 Secure Shipping

After your final confirmation, your finished grillz will be carefully packaged in a luxury presentation box and shipped fully insured with tracking to your door.

To Make The Mold, Put Your Gloves On And Mix The White Putty With The Blue Putty Until They Are One Solid Color. Once You Begin Mixing You Have To Work Fast, Then Immediately Place The Mold In Your Mouth!

The Putty Mixture Will Set In 60 Seconds.

Place The Putty Roll Into The Tray, Filling The Entire U-Shape (All The Way To The Back). Do Not Apply Pressure Or Push The Putty In.

As Soon As The Putty Is Ready In The Tray, Inspect It Quickly, Put It In Your Mouth And Press It Fully Over Your Upper Teeth To Make An Impression. Hold It In Place With Your Thumbs For 3 ½ Minutes.

How long will it take to make?

All work produced is subject to its own turnaround time, commonly 2 – 3 weeks. Once we receive your mould kit, we aim to have your piece completed by 14 working days. (Though this depends on the complexity of the piece it can vary between 14-20). For custom commissions vary in production time, reflecting the complexity of the work.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality materials such as:

Can I eat, drink, or smoke with grillz on?

We do not recommend eating, drinking, or smoking while wearing grillz, as this may cause staining, discoloration, or damage.

What if the grillz don’t fit?

Because each piece is made from your own mold, fit issues are rare. However, we offer:

  • One free adjustment service
  • Guidance from our team
    Additional adjustments may require extra cost.
After Care

All customers are warned to refrain from smoking, drinking & eating with cap(s) in to avoid stains and discolouration of the metal and rare cases swallowing of caps.

Returns & Refund Policy – Premium Custom Grillz

Due to the custom nature of our grillz, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun or the order is completed.Please review the following terms carefully: Deposit Stage (Before Mould Is Used)
Once the deposit is paid and the mould kit has been shipped and received, if you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the cost of the mold kit and shipping fees.

  1. After Mold Is Returned & Design Confirmed
    Once you have taken your mold kit and we have received it, and our designer has created and confirmed your design, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  2. Production Stage (After Second Payment)
    After the design is approved and the second payment is made, production begins. At this stage: The order cannot be cancelled or modified If cancellation is requested, the deposit and any incurred production costs will be deducted If the product is near completion, cancellation and refunds will not be accepted
  3. After Delivery (No Quality Issues)
    Once the product is delivered and fits properly with no quality issues, returns or refunds are not accepted.
  4. Fit Issues
    As each piece is made based on the customer’s own mold kit, we do not accept returns or refunds for fit-related issues.
    However, we do offer support: You may contact us for assistance and adjustments We provide one free adjustment service A new mold kit will be required, and the cost of retaking and shipping the mold is the customer’s responsibility If further adjustments are needed after the first one, all additional costs will be borne by the customer
What if I want to cancel my order midway?

Once the order process has started, if you decide to cancel after taking the dental mold impression but before production begins, a €150 fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded. Once production has started, if you choose to cancel the order, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Special Requests During Production

If you have any special requests during the production process (such as viewing the dental mold casting, production videos, or other custom updates), please communicate with your dedicated consultant in advance. We will do our best to provide additional support and updates accordingly.

180-Day Time Limit

Due to fluctuations in the market prices of gold, silver, stones, and other jewelry materials, we are unable to keep incomplete custom orders open indefinitely.

Completion Deadline: Completed dental molds must be returned within 180 days of receiving your mold kit.

Order Status: If your completed molds are not received within this period, your order will be considered abandoned.

Non-Refundable Orders: Once an order is marked as abandoned, it will be closed and will no longer be eligible for a refund. This policy helps cover material allocation, production preparation, and administrative costs.

Reactivating an Expired Order: To reactivate an expired order, a new order may be required based on current market pricing.

AFTER CARE
